Merchandise can be return within 30 days of the original invoice date.
We hold the right not to return for certain kind of products, which includes paintballs, used paintball guns and custom jerseys. There will be no return for open or used items.

Money back without restocking fee for return merchandise that are unopened and unused.
There will be no restocking fee deducted from your total payment for the unopened and unused products that are being returned. Make sure all return merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts, and accessories. We will notify you for the incomplete return merchandise and therefore you will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Free shipping doesn't apply on return orders. Shipping will charge upon returns.

All products are under manufacturer warranty.
The defective products serviced exclusively by the individual product manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange.

Return Instructions:
All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be processed. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days within which WaveToGo.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Each RMA number for one return merchandise only. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Online return policy doesn't apply on WaveToGo Retail Store.

1. Please email your name, order number and adequate description of why you are requesting a return to sales@wavetogo.com.
2. You will receive a RMA number by email shortly.
3. You must clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
4. You can view the return status by login to your wavetogo account.
