Ordering FQA

Does WaveToGo.com accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are done directly online, no exceptions. We do not accept phone or fax, orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.

After I submit an order with WaveToGo.com, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
WaveToGo.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.

I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been declined. Why?
If an order is placed and the credit card declines or the shipping address cannot be verified after three business days, the order is voided out. The only way to regenerate a void order is to replace the order online.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by contact us. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order before they ship, no exceptions. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local UPS guidelines for delivery.

May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?
We do not combine orders for you. However, if you contact us before your order is processed, we can cancel your order and then you can re-order the total amount of items you wanted online. Be aware though that we cannot cancel any order once it has been scanned by our warehouses.

Does WaveToGo.com offer volume discounts?
Aside from the reduced shipping costs of multi-item orders, we do offer volume discounts on products or shipping for education purposes such as school or church. Product pricing and shipping is as quoted on the web site. We simply try to keep all prices as low as possible all the time.

Is the WaveToGo.com website secure? What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?
When you are placing an order on the Internet, security is a number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Does WaveToGo.com sell or release my personal information?
WaveToGo.com respects your privacy. We do not sell or release your information to anyone under any circumstances. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from WaveToGo.com will be in regard to your order, RMA status and other information you may have requested.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), please contact us.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through categories from our website. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Delete Item" checkbox located within the shopping cart, then update the shopping cart.

Is the ordering process secure?
YES! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.

Is my order subject to sales tax?
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in CA are subject to state 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax is charged on the products purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, eCheck(via PayPal).

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?
YES! We do accept cashier checks, money orders, or eCheck via PayPal.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information.

Shipping FQA

How do I get my UPS tracking number?
The tracking numbers for shipped orders are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time daily. Alternatively, you can check the WaveToGo.com online order status.

How do I contact UPS/United States Postal Service (USPS)?

UPS has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local UPS hub. WaveToGo.com would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. UPS might take up to 24 hours to update the tracking information.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by UPS, immediately tell the UPS driver you do not want to receive this package or call 1-800-742-5877 to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged.

Does WaveToGo.com pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise?
The customer pays for shipping to WaveToGo.com and WaveToGo.com pays for the shipping back to you. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, WaveToGo.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

Does WaveToGo.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and take 1-2 business days to process and on average 3-5 business days to arrive. However, WaveToGo.com can not control delivery time. For some APO/FPO locations, this may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Return (RMA) FQA

Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to WaveToGo.com?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return or Warranty policy period. WaveToGo.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which WaveToGo.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?
Email sales@wavetogo.com with order number to request an Online RMA. We ask that all RMA be requested online for your convenience. Provide order number and leave a description of the reason you are requesting a RMA.

How do I check the status of my RMA?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email to the RMA# you have provided us within 24 hours with the refund information.

Approximately how long does it take before I see a refund credit in my account?
It takes us approximately 1 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and about 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Approximately how long does it take for WaveToGo.com to process an RMA?
It takes 2 business days for us to process and re-ship or issue refund once we receive them.

What is our return policy?
Generally, merchandise can be return within 30 days of the original invoice date. We hold the right not to return for certain kind of products, which includes paintballs, used paintball guns and custom jerseys. Online return policy doesn't apply on WaveToGo Retail Store. There will be no return for open or used items.

Money back for return items that are unopened and unused?
There will be no restocking fee deducted from your total credit to your credit card for the unopened and unused products that is/are being returned. Make sure all return merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging - manual(s) - blank warranty cards -miscellaneous parts and - accessories. We will notify you for the Incomplete returns and therefore you will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
