There will be no restocking fee deducted from your total payment
for the unopened and unused products that are being returned.
Make sure all return merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging,
manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts, and accessories. We will notify you for the
incomplete return merchandise and therefore you will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Return Instructions:
All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be processed.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days within which WaveToGo.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Each RMA number for one return merchandise only.
Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Online return policy doesn't apply on WaveToGo Retail Store.
